Qualifications

• Previous experience as grill cook or line cook in a fast-casual kitchen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill sandwiches and menu items to order with speed and consistency.
• Operate and maintain grill and other kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation for every order.
• Restock and prep ingredients to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Keep the grill station clean, organized, and ready for service.
