Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Grill Cook for Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, VA. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm–8:30 pm. A minimum of 1 year of grill cooking experience is required.

A $1500 sign-on bonus is offered, with half paid after 30 days and the remainder after 90 days. Responsibilities include preparing food at the grill station, serving customers, maintaining safety and sanitation, and adhering to recipes and quality standards.

• 1 year of grill cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation and serves at multiple stations.
• Ensures food is served at correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control.
• Keeps work areas clean and sanitized and follows safety standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
