Eurest in Newark, DE is hiring a full-time Grill Cook. Location is Hologic, 600 Technology Drive, Newark, DE 19702. Schedule Mon-Fri, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Must have grill experience. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour. Applications accepted online only.

Job duties include preparing food at the grill, taking orders, serving customers, and maintaining safe food handling standards. Benefits and internal referral programs are available.

Qualifications

• Must have grill experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service meeting outlined standards.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Tastes all prepared food items.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from workstations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating and food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
