Compass Group is hiring full-time and part-time Grill Cook positions at 160 Pearl Street, Fitchburg, MA 01420. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm–9:30 pm. Prior grill and pizza preparation experience is required.

Pay is $16.50–$17.50 per hour. Applications accepted on an ongoing basis. Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in compliance with federal, state and company standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Responsabilités

• Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following federal, state and corporate standards.
• Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation; serves at multiple stations.
• Ensures food is at correct temperature, attractive and tasty, and tastes all items.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains work areas and equipment to sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisor.
• Performs duties safely and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
