Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Grill Cook in Springfield, Ohio, to join Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s Parkhurst Dining team. You will prepare all grill items to order and support station setup, line preparation, and quality checks.

Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, you’ll ensure proper garnishing, food safety, and warm guest interactions, contributing to a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu.
• Set up, break down and clean the grill station.
• Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Check quality of food items, ensuring taste, appearance and correct temperature; report issues to Chef/Management.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and follow Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.
