Job summary

Eurest is hiring a full-time Grill Cook at Bio Merieux, 595 Anglum Road, Hazelwood, MO 63042. The role requires a minimum of 2 years experience on a flattop grill in an open kitchen and is scheduled Monday–Friday, 1st shift.

You will prepare items for the grill station, ensure proper temperatures and presentation, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience on a flattop grill in an open kitchen.
• Experience preparing foods for grill station and serving customers.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short prep.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following standards.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between stations.
• Stores foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Addresses customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends safety meetings and maintains relationships with coworkers.
