Job summary

Sodexo in Wayne, CA is seeking a Grill Cook to join a Weekdays Only shift team. You’ll prepare and present a variety of hot and cold items, read recipes, portion accurately, and operate grill and fryer stations with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, grill, and present hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and events.
• Read and measure ingredients according to recipe(s).
• Operate grill station, fryer and other kitchen equipment; assist at a la carte service.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and perform additional duties as needed.
