Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a grill cook to prepare and cook meats for customers, maintaining portions and quality on the grill. You will keep the grill area clean, label items properly, and help ensure timely service.

You will monitor inventory, report low supplies, ensure all foods reach safe temperatures, and assist with other kitchen tasks as needed to support daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats on the grill.
• Keep grill area clean and properly labeled.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a grill cook, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing our meats. You will be keeping our supply of steak and chicken fresh and ready for our customers to enjoy. Maintain a clean and organized grill area, including proper storage and labeling of food items. Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low. Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and served promptly. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of raw meats and other ingredients. Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed. This may also include any other duties, as needed, to assist in the restaurant's operation
