As a Grill Cook at Great American Steakhouse, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables
• Braising and grilling meat and vegetables to perfection
• Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption
• Preventing cross-contamination to maintain the highest standards of food safety
