GEO Group seeks a Grievance Coordinator to manage receipt, investigation, and facility responses to detainee grievances. You will make recommendations for corrective action when appropriate, and ensure compliance with procedures.
You will support inmates in filing grievances, maintain records, and assist management in resolving issues, while performing additional administrative duties as assigned.
