Qualifications

• This position requires a degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Related engineering, internship or co-op work experience required.
• 1 or more years of experience in transmission line engineering or a Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Design transmission lines in the 69kV to 765kV range.
• Perform structural analysis and design of different structures.
• Model transmission lines in PLS-CADD and calculate conductor sags.

Skills

Proficiency with PLS-CADD

Knowledge of transmission line engineering

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with MS Office applications

Education

Degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program

1 or more years of experience in transmission line engineering
