Our Renewables team is growing, and we need experts who can bridge the gap between renewable generation and grid reliability. The Grid Integration Engineering Advisor will support wind, solar, and BESS assets across the U.S. and Canada and can be based in Houston, TX or Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will lead a range of activities related to dynamic and transient power system modeling, power system studies, and compliance with interconnection requirements for wind, solar, and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. Responsibilities include managing dynamic simulation models and associated documentation, implementing interconnection and grid code requirements into plant designs, collaborating closely with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and external consultants, and leading power system studies to support ENGIE’s North America Renewables portfolio throughout the project lifecycle.
Salary Range: $117,300 – $179,860 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
