Job summary

Fricker’s is seeking a friendly hostess/greeter to welcome guests on arrival and thank them on departure, helping create a positive first and last impression. You will inform guests of specials, manage a waiting list, seat guests, buss tables, and assist servers to ensure smooth dining room flow.

A positive attitude, a sharp uniform, and flexibility are essential. You will follow company policies, participate in training, and contribute to a fun, welcoming environment.

• Managing a waiting list, seating guests, bussing tables, and assisting servers.
• Answering phone calls
• Entering carry out orders into the POS system, suggestive selling, ensuring orders are correct and handling money.
• Assisting servers and managers throughout the dining room.
• Making sure that every guest leaves happy!

Job description

As a Fricker’s hostess/greeter, you are the first and last person the guests will see during their visit. We are counting on you to make sure that first impression is excellent. As the last person they will see as they leave, it is up to you to make sure the guests leave happy!
