Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Hospitality Guest Services associate to greet guests, assist with check-in, and ensure a smooth stay at our resort properties.

You will help guests with luggage and provide information on amenities, policies, and local attractions, while maintaining a professional appearance and courteous attitude. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and cordial attitude toward guests and staff.
• Must be able to handle the stress of high customer demand in hospitality.
• Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve resort guests during their stay to facilitate easy arrival, check-in and stay.
• Ensure proper handling of guest luggage with a professional demeanor.
• Provide services to guests directly or refer requests to the appropriate department manager.
• Answer inquiries about resort amenities, services, policies, attractions, dining and directions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Support guests with a positive, friendly attitude and assist as needed.
• Maintain a neat appearance and professional conduct at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet guest needs during busy periods.
• Adapt quickly to changing activities and guest requests.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:
