Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in Boca Raton, FL. You will greet guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane and equipment assignments while handling sales at the counter.

Role emphasizes friendly service, basic bowling instruction, and operating the venue’s POS and PA systems. Evening and weekend shifts are common in this entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent, hospitality experience a plus.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and friendly demeanor are required.
• Experience in fast-paced entertainment or hospitality settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at entry and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist and seating assignments for lanes.
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes, and equipment.
• Ring sales and follow cash handling procedures at the counter.
• Notify mechanics of equipment malfunctions and log issues.
• Provide basic bowling instruction and assist guests as needed.
• Operate POS, central panel, computers, and PA system.

WHAT OUR GREETERS/DESK ATTENDANTS DO

Greeters/Desk Attendants set the tone for everyone who enters our doors, giving us our first opportunity to impress our guests and provide them with the kind of “WOW” factor they’ve been looking forward to.

A GREETER/ DESK ATTENDANT’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction (no, you don’t need to show them your trick shots, just the essentials)
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
