Job summary

Inchcape Guam is seeking a friendly Greeter to join our service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with check-in, guiding to the right service advisor, and answering basic questions to create a welcoming experience.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We offer PTO, insurance, retirement plans, employee discounts, fuel programs, and development

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers professionally and assist with the vehicle service check-in process.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor or department based on their needs.
  • Provide information on service processes, estimated wait times, promotions, and amenities.
  • Maintain customer waiting and refreshment areas to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Assist with vehicle tagging, service write-ups, and retrieval of completed vehicles.
  • Support clerical and administrative tasks including answering phones, filing, and preparing paperwork.
  • Assist the service team with daily operational support and customer communication.

Atkins Kroll is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Greeter to join our Service team in Guam. As the first point of contact for customers visiting our service department, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting daily service operations.
