Claremedica in Miami is seeking a friendly Greeter who will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment. You will assist with navigation, provide information, and support front desk operations to ensure smooth facility flow.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and visitors as they arrive at the care center.
• Provide directions, answer questions, and assist patients with transportation needs such as wheelchair support.
• Support front desk activities including check-in assistance and managing the lobby area.
• Ensure waiting areas remain clean, orderly, and safe for patients and guests.
• Notify clinical and administrative staff of patient arrivals and special assistance requests.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives through friendly and respectful communication.
• Assist with maintaining logs, visitor check-in procedures, or other assigned tasks.
• Escalate concerns or requests to appropriate personnel when necessary.
