Manuel's Mexican Food is looking for highly motivated individuals who have strong customer service skills and thrive in a fast paced work environment. As a cashier/greeter at Manuel's, you would be expected to perform the following tasks:

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality service to a diverse customer base
• Provide guests with information on food and beverage selections
• Offer guests a warm first and last impression
• Have a thorough understanding of daily specials
• Responsible for taking and packaging to go transactions
• Follow safety regulations and procedures
• Maintain a clean work area and complete daily assigned sidework
• Use a POS system to order food, prepare bills and execute payment on guest checks
• Receive phone calls in a professional manner
• Coordinate reservations and manage rotation of seating guests in an efficient manner
• Anticipate guests' needs to ensure a great dining experience
