Job summary

White House Tavern in Aspen seeks a Maître d’ / Greeter to join our successful team. Energy, poise, and an elevated sense of personal style are important. Average compensation is $32 per hour. Compensation is comprised of a fixed hourly rate of $18 per hour plus tipshare.

Tipshare, on average, is around $20 per hour.(although such a range is not guaranteed and may vary based on schedule and availability). Part-time and full-time positions available. Some weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maître d’ or greeter preferred or equivalent.
• Strong guest-service orientation and poise.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team to optimize flow.
• Represent the restaurant brand with professionalism and warmth.
