Job summary

Alltrista Plastics LLC, a Jadex Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a Shipper/Receiver II for Greenville Manufacturing. This role handles cycle counts, shipping planning in Epicor, and ensuring on-time order processing.

You will weigh, label, store and ship finished goods, receive incoming shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, follow QMS and safety rules, and support a collaborative warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Experience with cycle counts and shipping/receiving processes.
• Familiarity with Epicor or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory totals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials.
• Monitor customer order subsystem in Epicor to initiate shipping activities.
• Ensure orders are scheduled and processed on time.
• Label, weigh, store, and ship finished goods per QMS.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify documentation, route for inspection.
• Move materials/finished goods within plants and to external facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory totals and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Backfill Shipper/Receiver I and coordinate with supervisor.
• Support QMS by adhering to system requirements.
• Follow plant safety rules and report hazards.
• Maintain good working relations and attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Greenville Manufacturing - Shipper/Receiver II

• Responsible for conducting cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials
• Monitors customer order subsystem in Epicor to initiate shipping related activities.
• Ensure orders are scheduled and processed on time.
• Responsible for the proper weighing, labelling, storage, and shipment of finished goods to the customer’s expectations and the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Handles the receiving of incoming shipments, ensures documentation is accurate and routes to proper personnel for inspection and/or approval prior to use, where applicable.
• Movement of materials/finished goods within plant(s) and outside facilities, where applicable.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
• Responsible for conducting cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials, where applicable, and maintaining accurate inventory totals.
• Communicates inventory and customer shipment issues to Supervisor or designee.
• Train sand directs Shipper/Receiver I to be a competent backfill for the Shipper/Receiver II position.
• Monitors customer order system to coordinate related shipment activity.
• Backfills direct Supervisor in specified plant locations.
• Supports the QMS by adhering to the system requirements.
• Understands and follows plant safety rules. Help to identify and eliminate any safety hazard or concern. Assists in monitoring quality of work output.
• Maintains compliance with company policy and procedures.
• Maintains a neat and orderly working area.
• Responsible for reporting any problems or concerns to direct Supervisor.
• Maintains good working relations with all other employees. Strives to have no conflicts with other employees.
• Requires regular attendance to perform essential elements as contained herein between the assigned start and end times for work.
• Other duties as assigned.
