Recreation-Centers-of-Sun-Cit in Sun City, AZ, is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Worker to care for golf course fairways and greens and maintain the facilities of an Executive, Regulation or Multi-Course golf course.

The role requires one year of experience in golf course/grounds maintenance, physical capability to perform heavy work, and a focus on safety. The position offers a starting rate and a path to growth within our maintenance team.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of the game of golf.
• Knowledge of the tools and equipment used in developing and maintaining golf courses.
• Knowledge of the mowing techniques required to maintain proper grass level.
• Knowledge of the procedures and techniques used in the care and maintenance of shrubs, trees and other greenery.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor in a variety of weather and working conditions.

• Rake and edge bunkers.
• Perform janitorial work in maintenance yard and golf courses.

Job Summary

Performs work in the skilled care and maintenance of golf course fairways and greens and the maintenance facilities of an assigned Executive, Regulation or Multi-Course golf course.

• Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
