Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Greenskeeper I to maintain greens, tees, collars and approaches under the direction of the Superintendent. The role focuses on safe operation of equipment and performing basic, semi-skilled maintenance tasks on the golf course.

You will mow and trim, tend sand bunkers and divots, assist with storm cleanup, aeration, sod laying and debris removal, and support other departments as needed. This is outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience operating golf course maintenance equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment to mow/trim greens, tees, collars and approaches.
• Maintains sand bunkers and fills divots as needed.
• Assists with storm cleanup, aeration, sod laying, and debris removal.
• Performs tasks with listed equipment and hand tools.
