Arcis Golf is hiring for an agronomy team position at The Woodlands Country Club - Player Course in The Woodlands, TX. Join a dedicated team focused on maintaining and improving course conditions to elevate member and guest experiences.

Role involves outdoor work, learning on the job, and opportunities to contribute to a major course renovation project. Starting hourly wage is $16.00, with potential increases based on experience in golf or landscaping.

Qualifications

• Outdoors work readiness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience in golf course or landscaping is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, tees, approaches, fairways, roughs, and other areas of the golf course.
• Operate golf course equipment, utility vehicles, and small equipment.
• Perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, top dressing, turf applications, bunkers, hole changing, hedge trimming, and other grounds maintenance.

We are nearing the end of a major golf course renovation and are looking for dependable persons, with a can-do attitude, and the willingness to learn as a member of our agronomy team.

Hourly Wage: starting at $16.00/hour. Those with golf course or landscaping experience may begin at a higher wage depending on the individual's work history and experience.

Some of our routine tasks:

• Mowing, trimming, top dressing, turf applications, maintaining bunkers, hole changing, hedge trimming and other general grounds/landscape maintenance
• Operate golf course equipment, utility vehicles, and small equipment
• Mows greens, tees, approaches, fairways, roughs, and other areas of the golf course.
