Job summary

Landscapes Golf Management and The Short Course at Mountain Shadows are seeking full-time Ground Maintenance team members to support an 18-hole par-3 course at the base of Camelback Mountain.

Responsibilities include operating mowing equipment, bunker work, irrigation support, and daily course setup. Emphasis on safety, guest service, and club standards. Prior golf course maintenance experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in golf course maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to operate mowing and landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates mowing equipment; mows greens, tees, fairways, rough, bunker banks and native grass.
• Performs bunker maintenance; rakes and moves sand, edges, and pulls weeds.
• Maintains areas around trees, bunkers, cart paths and signs.
• Installs and maintains landscaping plant material.
• Assists with irrigation system repairs and maintenance.
• Cleans, fuels, and stores equipment after each use; reports problems.
• Daily golf course setup tasks: cup cutting, tee cleanup, divot filling, ball mark repair.
• Adheres to safety policies and wears appropriate PPE.
• Greet guests and members with a friendly attitude; provide service-minded support.
• Regular attendance on site for all scheduled shifts.
