Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a Team Member for Broad Bay Country Club in Virginia Beach to help maintain the golf course, operate equipment, and deliver quality guest experiences. This entry-level role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform greens maintenance, assist with course setup, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests at our Virginia Beach location.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and perform tasks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in daily maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains golf course by mowing, trimming, top dressing, treating turf, bunker maintenance, hole changing and hedge trimming.
• Operates golf course equipment and ensures proper use and safety.
• Mows greens, tees, aprons and approaches, roughs and other areas as needed.
