Job summary

Arcis Golf in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a Team Member to help maintain The Woodlands Country Club, Palmer Course. You will perform mowing, trimming, bunker maintenance, and operate course equipment while delivering friendly service to members and guests.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This on-site position offers flexible schedules and a benefits package including health, life, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and perform on golf course maintenance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mows greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and aprons and maintains bunkers and hazards.
• Operates golf course equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintains course by mowing, trimming, and performing turf maintenance as needed.

On The Job

• Maintains golf course by mowing, trimming, top dressing, treating turf, maintenance of bunkers, hole changing, hedge trimming and general maintenance
• Operate golf course equipment
• Mows greens, tees, aprons and approaches to greens, roughs, and other areas of the golf course
