As a Greenskeeper, you will perform daily maintenance, support high-quality playing conditions, and operate turf care equipment in a safe manner. This full-time role offers overtime opportunities and a positive, team-focused work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous golf course, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Early morning and weekend availability.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operates mowing equipment to cut greens, approaches, tees, fairways and rough.
• Performs bunker maintenance including raking, edges, and weed removal.
• Maintains landscape features and edging around the course.
• Sets up the course: cup cutting, tee cleanup, divots, and trash removal.

Job Details:

A Greenskeeper is responsible for performing daily maintenance on the golf course and surrounding grounds. Under supervision, this role supports high-quality playing conditions through routine turf care, landscaping, bunker maintenance, course setup, and safe equipment operation.

Essential job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Operates mowing equipment: mows greens, approaches, tees, fairways and rough.
• Performs bunker maintenance: rakes and moves sand, edges, and pulls weeds.
• Ensures that landscape and other golf course features are maintained and edged.
• Performs golf course set up; cup cutting, tee cleanup, divot filling as well as trash and debris removal.

Job Requirements:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Early Morning and Weekend Availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Able to effectively and safely operate tools and machinery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous golf course, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime as needed.
