Job summary

Lincoln Hills Golf Club is seeking a Greenskeeper to support daily course maintenance, mowing greens, tees, and associated areas. You will operate riding and walk-behind equipment and help with bunkers and on-course cleanliness.

We offer an $17.00 hourly rate, daily pay options, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and a 401K. The role requires early mornings, weekends, and holidays, with outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• General understanding of landscaping and turf maintenance.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to perform multiple tasks and adapt to a golf-course setting.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and handling course equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision mowing and rolling of greens, tees, fairways and roughs.
• Maintain sand bunkers, cart paths, debris removal and cup/flag rotations.
• Keep on-course facilities clean and orderly; store tools and parts properly.
• Care for tools and equipment; complete delegated work orders on time.
• Report unsafe conditions immediately and follow safety protocols.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

What Success Looks Like:

Your Impact

• Perform precision mowing and rolling of greens, tees, fairways and roughs using specialized riding and walk-behind equipment
• Maintain sand bunkers, cart paths, clear debris and assist with cup and flag rotations.
• Ensure overall neatness of the course by performing regular trash removal and cleaning on-course restroom facilities.
• Ensure all work spaces are kept in a clean and orderly manner and storing all tools, equipment and spare parts in proper location.
• Responsible for the proper treatment and care of tools and equipment used to perform tasks.
• Responsible to complete delegated work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Reports and addresses unsafe conditions immediately.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

• Must have a general understanding of landscaping.
• Must have knowledge and the ability to operate tools, hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work early morning hours, weekends and holidays as required by the golf season
