Job summary

Westchester Hills Golf Club in White Plains, NY is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to maintain the course and grounds within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will perform landscape maintenance, rake bunkers, operate small machinery, prepare soil beds, assist with course setup, and uphold safety standards. The position includes healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with employer match, PTO, and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers
• Operate small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing
• Prepare soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material
• Assist with tasks related to course detail including weed and debris cleanup
• Assist with golf course set‑up procedures
• Operate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris
• Perform skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.)
• Operate equipment safely and remain aware of associates and their respective work areas
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required

Compensation

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
