Arcis Golf at Tatum Ranch Golf Club in Cave Creek, AZ is seeking a Team Member to support course upkeep and guest service. The role focuses on assisting with daily maintenance tasks, interacting with members, and maintaining high course conditions.

Responsibilities include mowing greens and surrounding areas, operating maintenance equipment, and ensuring the course stays in top condition. We value willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a guest-centric mindset.

On The Job

• Maintains golf course by mowing, trimming, top dressing, treating turf, maintenance of bunkers, hole changing, hedge trimming and general maintenance
• Operate golf course equipment
• Mows greens, tees, aprons and approaches to greens, roughs, and other areas of the golf course
