Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Greensboro, NC is seeking a dedicated team member for a full-time third shift (Mon–Fri, 11:45 PM–8:45 AM). You will perform cleaning duties, follow procedures, and contribute to a clean, healthy environment for our customers.

Training is provided, and the role offers a strong work/life balance, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team culture. Applicants must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 11:45P–8:45A.
• Criminal background check required.
• Prior custodial/housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Attend initial training orientation to learn ServiceMaster procedures, products, and expectations.
• Perform cleaning duties for the facility using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Arrive at work on schedule and be dependable.
• Maintain a pleasant, respectful attitude toward coworkers and customers.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE when required.
• Open and lock facilities and manage security system as required.
• Wear provided uniform shirt and be neat in appearance.
• Communicate in English.
