Job summary

You will log water usage and maintenance,Manage inventories and purchase workflows, and keep facilities clean while communicating insights professionally.

The role requires physical endurance, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and a team-oriented mindset. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to walk, stand, or stoop for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Team oriented attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Irrigation experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely monitor and repair golf course irrigation systems including pump stations, pipes, valves, controllers and related hardware.
• Maintain proper turf and landscape moisture to enhance playability and aesthetics.
• Identify excessively wet or dry areas and address them proactively.
• Maintain daily irrigation water, pump hours, fertilizer usage and chemical logs.
• Ensure inventories of irrigation parts are kept within budget and processing procedures.
• Keep irrigation facility and equipment clean and organized.
• Communicate observations and insights in a professional manner.
