Job summary

METROLINA GREENHOUSES LLC is seeking a 1st Shift Vent Crew member to support greenhouse operations by repairing vent systems throughout the facility in Huntersville, NC. The role is full-time with hourly pay ranging from $16 to $22, and requires the ability to work outdoors and at heights.

Responsibilities include repairing vent systems, installing panels, and coordinating with staff via radio. Lifting requirements and weekend availability may apply, with no supervisory duties involved.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Outdoor work with variable temperatures; able to work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Repair vent systems throughout the greenhouse.
• Install/replace polycarbonate panels as needed.
• Communicate with greenhouse personnel via radio.
• Install motors/gears as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
