Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Greenhouse experience or horticultural setting preferred.
• Knowledge of plant care, pest identification and greenhouse systems preferred.
• Experience handling beneficial insects or live organisms is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Water all greenhouse plants independently on weekends and holidays year-round.
• Assist growers in maintaining healthy stock plants and seasonal greenhouse collections.
• Perform routine plant care: watering, grooming, planting, weeding, pruning, and upkeep.
• Monitor plants for pests, diseases, and watering needs; assist with production and maintenance.
