Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety policies are followed and crop hygiene practices.
• Stay up to date on required trainings.
• Manage daily assignments and priorities to maintain plant health.
• Identify irrigation and nutritional needs and perform watering and fertilizing.
• Apply pesticides and growth regulators per safety procedures.
• Assess plant health daily and report issues.
• Collaborate with growers to improve processes and test new methods.
• Care and upkeep of the work area each day.
• Collaborate with other departments to accomplish goals.
• Adhere to all training and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
