Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking Solutions Architects to partner with enterprise Healthcare and Life Sciences customers to design scalable, secure cloud architectures.

You will interact with executives, lead migration roadmaps, and collaboratively craft cloud strategies that accelerate adoption of AWS services. You’ll mentor junior SAs, align with sales and professional services, and help customers realize business outcomes through cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 2+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with executive and technical customers to design AWS-based solutions to business problems.
• Understand and explain key aspects of AWS services and how they fit into overall technical architecture.
• Guide customers on deploying infrastructure and applications in a secure, resilient, and scalable way.
• Coach and mentor more junior SAs.
