The candidate will baseline work packages, coordinate decisions, and manage scope, budget, risks, and quality. Strong documentation, compliance, and deadline discipline are essential for delivery and acceptance by the State of NC client.

• Experience in restaurant operations leadership within public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
