Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience in housing, residential life, property management, facilities, or Greek housing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise staff to ensure efficient facility operations and residential services.
• Liaise between the University and House Corporation and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services for property operations.
• Develop programs to enhance the student residential experience and safety.
