Job summary

House Call Doctors is expanding into Idaho and seeking MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs to perform home-based one-time wellness exams in Boise area. You’ll determine your schedule, see patients in their homes across multiple cities, and earn $90 per Medicaid/ACA visit or $105 per Medicare visit.

Training is reimbursed at $50/hour by our Medical Director. We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules with autonomy in choosing cities and daily visit targets.

• Visits involve basic vital signs and medication reconciliation.
• Recommending preventive health screenings and basic point-of-care testing.
• Review of current and previous diagnoses for patients seen at home.

Job description

House Call Doctors is a rapidly growing, primary care office located in Salt Lake City, UT. We are continuing to expand into Idaho and are seeking multiple providers (MD, DO, NP, PA) to see patients in their home for a one-time wellness exam at the request of their insurance. We have membership in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Caldwell, Nampa, and surrounding areas. Extra bonus if willing to occasionally travel to Twin Falls.

Visits will consist of basic vital signs, medication reconciliation, recommending preventive health screenings, some basic point of care testing (i.e. fingerstick A1c) and review of current and previous diagnoses. No medical decision making and no prescribing required!

Very flexible full time or part time schedule-- your schedule will be determined by you! You can choose how often you want to work, what cities/areas you would like to see patients in, and how many visits you want scheduled for you per day. Very competitive compensation ($90 per completed visit for Medicaid and Affordable Care Act Patients, $105 per completed Medicare visit)

HCC or risk adjustment coding experience is preferred, but not necessary. Our Medical Director will train interested parties. Training is reimbursed at $50/hour.
