Job summary

Warren Oil Company is hiring a Grease Process Tech I at our West Memphis, AR site. This entry-level role focuses on safely and efficiently cooking grease batches per NLGI standards, with opportunities to progress to Grease Process Tech II.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, and forklift certification is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in compounding/blending manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Must be able to follow Work Instructions safely.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly and standing long periods.
• Ability to read and interpret gauges and instruments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and use correct raw materials to bring a grease batch to grade per NLGI standards.
• Safely operate valves, heater, pumps, and other machinery in post-cooking processes.
• Fill out all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Regularly communicate with a supervisor the status of a batch in process.
• Report spills or leaks that could cause an accident or environmental impact.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in progressing toward Grease Process Tech II.
• Other duties as assigned.
