Job summary
Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in New York, NY is seeking a GRC Lead with AuditBoard expertise on a contract basis to support public company SOX 404 compliance and audit technology platforms.
You will lead configuration of AuditBoard modules, oversee ERP controls for SAP/Oracle/NetSuite, and collaborate with IT, Risk and Compliance to optimize GRC workflows. Strong data analytics with Power BI/Tableau is essential for insights and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Accounting or related field.
- Experience supporting public company SOX 404 compliance.
- Hands-on AuditBoard implementation or management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead AuditBoard configuration, SOXHub, OpsAudit, RiskOversight.
- Manage access and migrations from Test to Production.
- Support SOX 404 programs using AuditBoard and related tools.
- Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance to optimize GRC workflows.
- Oversee ERP controls for SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.
- Use Power BI/Tableau to analyze controls and support audit reporting.
- Provide governance for AuditBoard and drive automation initiatives.
- Communicate status and remediation to executive leadership.
- Coordinate with AuditBoard vendor support for upgrades and issues.
