Job summary

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) is seeking a compliance-focused professional to manage regulatory enforcement and information security programs in support of statewide law enforcement operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing CJIS, PCI, and CALEA conformity, conducting risk assessments, and educating staff on governance, risk and compliance requirements. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks.
• Ability to communicate information security topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor conformity with laws, regulations, information security, privacy or other business standards.
• Supervise compliance activities related to CJIS, PCI, and CALEA conformity.
• Plan and monitor regulatory enforcement activities and provide reports to senior management.
• Support risk assessments, gap analyses, and business impact analyses.
• Develop and deliver security awareness programs for the organization.
