Immersive Labs seeks a Cyber Security Engineer focused on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to join the Product team. You will design and deliver labs and learning content that simulate real-world GRC scenarios, aligning with current standards and regulations.

You’ll research, write, and gamify complex compliance topics for diverse audiences. You’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed security-by-design in SDLC and help users understand how to counter evolving threats with

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) in regulated industries.
• Ability to translate complex GRC concepts into practical labs and content.
• Familiarity with security standards and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write and improve GRC security labs, challenges, and online learning content on Immersive One.
• Create multi-format content with practical exercises and gamified learning around GRC.
• Peer review cyber labs to ensure correct functionality.
• Research current GRC regulations and standards to craft labs.
• Convert technical research into concise content for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as a GRC SME for engineering and product teams.
