Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a GRC Controls Automation Engineer in the United States to embed automated controls into SDLC and cloud workflows. You will bridge regulatory requirements with technical architecture and engineering practices, modernizing controls, and driving scalable governance across security, product, and business teams.

The role focuses on automating security and compliance processes, guiding feature design, and supporting audits across multiple frameworks.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of professional experience in GRC, information security, or a related function within a SaaS company.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into technical controls and automation solutions.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, implement, and automate security and compliance controls within SDLC and cloud workflows.
• Improve governance and compliance processes through standardization and automation.
• Advise teams on compliance implications of product features and infrastructure changes.
• Contribute to cloud and application security strategy and execution.
• Assess security posture, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Support secure production deployments with compliance guidance.
• Work across ISO, PCI, NIST, and SOC standards and maintain audit evidence.
• Communicate control deficiencies to management and coordinate remediation.
