Job summary

PAR Systems is seeking a GRC Program and CMMC Compliance Lead to build and mature our enterprise GRC program, with an initial focus on advancing CMMC readiness. You will establish practical frameworks, processes, controls, risk practices, and reporting that strengthen cybersecurity and IT governance across PAR.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk, and compliance programs across IT.
• Hands-on work with cybersecurity compliance requirements.
• Experience implementing NIST SP 800-171; CMMC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical controls and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature PAR's GRC program with initial focus on CMMC readiness.
• Lead NIST SP 800-171 self-assessment and coordinate gaps to closure.
• Develop, maintain, and report on SSP, POA&M, and evidence packages.
• Collaborate with IS, procurement, and business leaders to align controls with operations.
• Provide credible challenge and guidance to stakeholders to ensure continuous readiness.
