Job summary

Sentry Insurance is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst to test security controls, assess risk and compliance, and maintain information security policies and standards. The role will involve coordinating risk assessments, supporting legal and business stakeholders, and contributing to ongoing governance of information security requirements.

This hybrid position is located at our Stevens Point, WI office and not fully remote; visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of information security, risk management or related field.
• Security certification (CISA, CRISC, CISSP, PCI ISA, Security+) preferred.
• Experience in conducting information security risk assessments and managing risk registers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments to identify concerns and ensure compliance with security documents.
• Perform security testing using GRC platforms and analysis tools to evaluate controls.
• Support contracts that protect security and privacy.
• Provide remediation tracking of identified security and compliance gaps.
• Study governance issues and participate in policy standards management.
