Job summary

Silgan Dispensing Systems in Idaho is seeking a Production Operator II to perform in-process and final quality inspections, operate production machinery after training, and prepare production paperwork in accordance with SOPs. You will audit the production line, follow GMP and regulatory requirements, maintain clean work areas, and support teamwork to meet efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months in Production Operator II or equivalent in an FDA-regulated facility.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret written policies and procedures.
• Ability to complete paperwork correctly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with others to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final quality inspections of product.
• Prepare production paperwork in accordance with SOPs and WIs.
• Prepare quality documentation for all products.
• Audit the Production line.
• Package products on a production line following written guidelines and specifications.
• Operate production machinery after training and certification.
• Set up machines when required.
• Adhere to quality requirements for each product.
• Ensure documentation for production runs is correct and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.
• Promote teamwork to achieve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
