Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust equipment controls to precise positions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good far-vision and ability to identify details at a distance.
• Ability to perform basic calculations and determine material requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load semi-truck trailers
• Organize and maintain shipping pallets
• Ensure the highest quality pallets are selected for shipments
• Calculate the amount of material required to complete job orders
• Fill and maintain propane tanks and accessories
• Safely operate a forklift and other equipment as assigned
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
