Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an overnight forklift operator in Westborough, MA. The shift runs 1am–9:30am, with starting pay of $23.00 per hour. Operate electric forklifts to load, move, and unload materials while following safety standards and Lineage procedures.

You will document weights and conditions using an RF system, perform daily equipment checks, and assist with pallet handling and loading tasks. Strong adherence to safety and PPE is required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to read instructions.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language.
• Ability to work in cold/hot storage with PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Position forks and lifting devices under, over, or around pallets and load/unload.
• Record weights, counts, and item condition via RF system.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Lead safety inspections of truck chalking and glad-hand process.
• Communicate with semi-truck drivers to ensure safety.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain equipment at charging station.
