Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking a Door-to-Door Outreach Rep to canvass Nebraska communities, with shifts running 11:45am–8pm and a starting rate of $25/hr plus bonuses. Positions include both full-time and part-time terms and can adapt to a statewide remote setup; opportunities extend through Election Day.

Ideal candidates will gain experience in leadership, public speaking and persuasion, grassroots organizing, voter and community engagement, team management, and data collection—skills

Qualifications

• Experience in canvassing or community outreach preferred.
• Ability to talk with voters respectfully and effectively.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Go door to door in assigned neighborhoods to talk with voters in a friendly, respectful way.
• Share a compelling message about the campaign and collect complete voter survey responses.
• Record voter responses using a mobile canvassing app (training provided).
• Canvass with a local team, or independently in your own community on a flexible schedule.
• Take part in ongoing training to sharpen outreach skills.
• Follow the campaign\'s safety protocols.
• Walk several miles per shift in all kinds of weather.
